Kabir Singh (2019): A romantic film that goes rowdy in almost all levels but except for plot. The performances are worth nothing and will be implanted into your mind. The songs and background score are great to hear as well. The dialogues are okay but could have been better, some are just over the top. There’s no sense of new plot here, it’s the same old love story that just has been remixed a bit. Don’t expect anything groundbreaking from this film. The movie was a blockbuster. The critics for the most part didn’t seem to enjoy the film. There are a few positive reviews but the rest are filled with negative reviews that only praise the performances and nothing else. The audience review is highly positive for a film a like this. The movie can’t really be watched with family. There’s sexual references and scenes, extreme drug/alcohol abuse, some use of adult language, and minimal violence. The movie is a time pass movie. The acting and music will be remembered, everything else can be forgotten.
