It’s not even been 2 months since the first Season and WEDNESDAY is all set to make a comeback !! We haven’t been able to digest Season 1 yet with the fans still trying to process if Tyler was the real villain and now the directors have decided to give us a new year present with the announcement of Season 2. Wednesday became the 2nd most watched on Netflix within just 2 months of its release and hence it doesn’t come as a huge surprise.

The show starts when our lead, Wednesday Adams starts her journey of a new school life after being expelled from her former school for attempted murder of a bully. The new school is full of outcasts who have different powers and abilities and that is where Wednesday’s parents did their schooling from. Wednesday was very angry at first but when she uncovers a number of mysterious things going on in the school, she decides to find out the truth and that journey just blows over the internet. The bond between Enid and Wednesday is to die for, Enid never gave up on her roommate from the very beginning and saves her life from the hyde in the last episode. Everyone just loved the characters, the plot twist, and the screenplay, everything about the show was very satisfying. If you haven’t already watched the show, it is a must-watch with a very interesting storyline, what are you waiting for?
What to Expect From Season 2?
Season 1 ended with Wednesday discovering the fact that Tyler was the real Hyde, and also destroying her nemesis who was resurrected by Miss Thornhill by blood magic. In the end we were shown that Wednesday gets a text from an anonymous number, warning her to look out for herself and also that Tyler was being taken away, meaning that there is still a chance that Tyler will play an important role in coming episodes. By the end of season 1, Enid wolfed-out but we got to see just a few minutes of her action, hence that is something we will be looking forward to, seeing Enid in her full energy with her bubbly aura and also the competitive rivalry between Beyonca and Wednesday might take a friendly turn after everything they went through to save the students at Nevermore. Season 1 was a superhit and it has crossed the watch time of 1 billion hours in a few weeks, so we expect nothing less from the upcoming season. Netflix dropped a hint on its official twitter account and then later on confirmed that Wednesday is back for another semester at the most mysterious school. Fans have made up their own theories about the next season but it will be fun to see what is there for us and we cannot wait to see it.
