Star Wars is a one-of-a-kind franchise but The Mandalorian is the first live-action series of the franchise. A defeat is not always the ending. After the battle of the Empire at hands of the Rebel force has been lost, A bounty hunter goes on new adventures alone and the show follows its story. Baby Yoda is more than enough reason for us to watch the show, it is set 5 years after Episode VI, Return of the Jedi.
Both the previous seasons were immensely loved by the viewers. Before getting into the good news, let's do a quick recap. Season 2 was everything season 1 had but more. Filled with action and emotional moments, season 2 was the journey of Mando trying to deliver Baby Yoda (Goru) to Jedi. The Mandalorian is a show which is made with fun, for fun. The plots are not deeply fabricated but are perfectly delivered. Each new episode is about a mission to either rescue someone or deliver magical stuff somewhere. Season 2 started with a mission to win over the Krayt dragon, who is destroying villages and killing the people living there, and then the season continued with various episodes of protecting Mandalorians.
The Mandalorian is ready to entertain us with season 3, pretty soon. The trailer was recently launched and is about the journey of a bounty hunter going on an adventure with our beloved Baby Yoda. They are on a mission to find the reason for their own existence and explore the universe in search of the other Mandalorians who have been scattered here and there due to various reasons. We can see in the trailer that our tiny companion’s powers are growing gradually and we will love to see him use them to fight the enemies. Pedro Pascal has outdone his past performances and the audience is loving his performances.
The viewers loved how the actors can communicate to the audience without speaking and still manage to express every emotion. The appearance of Luke Skywalker was a heartwarming moment for every fan of the franchise.
Created by Jon Favreau, the show has everything. Science fiction, action, thriller. One of the main centres of attention in this series is the father-son relationship shown between Din Djarin and his child. The character of Mando is quiet but is very skillful, his action speaks for him. Gina Carano has given very energetic performances in the previous seasons. The sets, character development, storyline, and all the other elements just act as a topping to the great selection of cast. The show has a rating of 8.7/10 on IMDb and 93% on Rotten Tomatoes, which clearly shows how excited the fans must be for the upcoming season. It’ll be fun to watch what Jon Favreau has planned for his audience this time.
