Future Hindi-language biographical sports drama film Shabaash Mithu is being made by Viacom18 Studios and directed by Srijit Mukherji. Taapsee Pannu plays the title role in the movie based on the life of Mithali Raj, the former Test and ODI captain of the Indian women's cricket team. It details Mithali's life's highs and lows as well as its proudest moments. The movie is slated to debut on July 15, 2022.
Shamshera
A forthcoming action movie in Hindi, titled Shamshera, would be produced by Aditya Chopra's Yash Raj Films and directed by Karan Malhotra. Sanjay Dutt, Vaani Kapoor, and Ranbir Kapoor all appear in the movie. Shamshera, which takes place in the 1800s, chronicles a dacoit tribe's struggle for independence from British authority.

HIT: The First Case
HIT: The First Case is a 2020 action-thriller movie in the Telugu language that was produced by Prashanti Tipirneni and directed by first-timer Sailesh Kolanu. Vishwak Sen and Ruhani Sharma both appear in the movie. The story centers on Vikram Rudraraju (Sen), a Telangana state police officer assigned to the Homicide Intervention Team (HIT) and tasked with looking into the disappearance of a young girl.
