This thriller has everything a thriller should have: a clever detective, interesting criminals and an enthralling plot. Clarice Starling is an unforgettable character and I loved Jodie Foster's performance. Anthony Hopkins also delivers an amazing, complex Hannibal. The film easily holds the viewer's attention and leaves them wanting more until the very end. No wonder this is a classic.

Es de esas películas que simplemente, hay que ver alguna vez. Muy buen thriller con una grandiosa actuación de Anthony Hopkins, con mucha intriga y que prácticamente revolúcionó el estilo de películas de asesinos en serie, de las cuales se han hecho cientos después de ésta.

Finally got around to a first viewing of this. Anthony Hopkins is almost too good at this role and Jodie Foster plays the green rookie agent perfectly. The story is so good that over 30 yrs later I don't even notice the filmmaking shortfalls of that time. Time for me to strap in for other movies in this universe.
