Another one of my comfort films, The Lincoln Lawyer, brings to light one of Matthew McConaughey's most iconic characters in an entertaining legal thriller that marked the 2010s. Ryan Phillippe also delivers a good performance, and I can't think of a hotter couple than Haller and Maggie. Two caring parents separated from each other but still maddeningly in love? I mean, it's the most adorable thing ever.

Strongly recommended. If you like legal dramas, you would have seen it already. But if not, it should be on top of your list. Matthew McConaughey at his best. Great story, direction etc etc.

Mick Haller es un abogado con una línea de la moral muy delgada, que lo obliga a pasar del lado bueno al malo muy fácilmente. Ahora es contratado por un joven que supuestamente es inculpado de una agresión, pero el mismo oculta algo mucho más turbio y como para hacerlo mejor es un niño rico que cree que puede salirse con la suya. Gran película con un excelente elenco, que hace que esos dramas judiciales sean los mejores dramas y Matthew McConaughey definitivamente sabe sacarle el jugo a este tipo de roles.
