Ok, creo que seré aquel que le lleva la contraria a todos. Pero esta serie será de todo menos comedia. Es un drama, es estrés, es vulgar (por el vocabulario), pero comedia jamás. Es más solo puedo decir que el único momento que más me reí, fue cuando apareció John Cena como hermano de los Fak. Ahora bien, es una buena serie, pues si, pero no más de eso. Es una serie que nos muestra un drama familiar, un joven y el reforzamiento de su camino y un equipo de trabajo que no sabe para donde ir después de la muerte de su lider, pero que al final encuentran un nuevo rumbo que los ayudará a mejorar. En si es una buena serie, pero en la vida es una comedia, es un drama muy bien cantado y que para ser sincero ya pronto debería llegar a su final.

Plot: We rejoin the staff at The Bear as they hemorrhage money, try to work together, and get to know more characters as we embark through the stories. Pros: The music, writing, sets, performances, colors, cinematography, and Jamie Lee Curtis Spending time with more than just Carmen through the season is a real treat. The soundtrack is unbelievable and Trent Reznor's scores are perfect including one that runs a full episode that perfectly recaps the previous seasons with little to no dialogue. Cons: Of course there is ample anxiousness and the way the season ended was abrupt, but season 4 has to happen now. 'I continue to not care about Claire as a distraction, but I get why she's a focus for Carmy. Overall, the third season is at the same level of the rest of the series. There is tons of emotion especially following Tina and Natalie, and some good moments to grab a tissue. There's a thread of time and clocks displayed throughout each episode that seems to countdown and correlate that "every second counts.' A phenomenonal show with equal writing and performances. I'll continue to tune in for sure, but damn we gotta wait for another season?!?

The Bear is one of the most notable series of 2024. Chef Terry's (Olivia Colman) final speech hit the nail on the head with something I had on my mind while I was watching the entire third season. These ten episodes, or at least most of them, were much more about people and their interpersonal connections. It was about emotions, their causes and their consequences. It was more about how a hostile work environment can make us feel, but also an ideal work environment. These were many real-life situations that were framed in the context of an emerging restaurant that aspires to be recognized with a Michelin star. And to show us the latter, The Bear remains an impeccable series. Preparations of meals and dishes, in parallel exhibited with preparations of minds and souls for the different situations of daily life, without forgetting the frenzy and controlled chaos typical of any respectable kitchen. Totally recommended for lovers of cooking, food and emotionally intense series.

The Bear is a noble and kind animal, but very aggressive. Just as one of its characters describes the animal, the description serves to capture the essence of the entire series. It's deep and emotional, but at the same time it kicks you in the gut with a unique dynamic. It's really incredible how the same series is capable of giving you pure and innocent peace of mind, and at the same time shaking your skull, opening your brains, giving you a taste and then closing it. Excellent performances, great guests, including Jamie Lee Curtis who stole the show with her performance in episode 6. Very good directing and editing work, which combined achieved great sequences, including an unnoticed sequence shot at the end of the season. Everything is on point, except perhaps my only complaint in the entire show: The soundtrack is delicious, but the volume levels were very variable and not always in accordance with the scene that was intended to complement it. The script is very well written. This series is perhaps one of the best in terms of character development. But let's not forget the crown jewel. Those shots and sequences where the main focus was the food itself. Cinematography at its best. One of the best series of 2023, if not the best.

A series that surprises from start to finish. It has a very particular dynamic, with a script and performances that seem very everyday, but in reality it's a clockwork job. The penultimate episode is a perfect example of this, as it's a sequence shot in its entirety, being one of the best episodes I have seen of a series this year. Tense drama, light comedy and a beautiful accentuation of cinematography in shots showing food and its preparation. Definitely, a great series, deserving of all the awards and nominations it had at the time. It enters to my top5 of series watched this year. Absolutely recommended.
