Magnífica, con una animación impresionante y unos personajes muy carismáticos, con puntos de humor realmente buenos y una historia entretenida y amena. La verdad es que, para ser de Disney, tiene un nivel superior y no cae en los tópicos de los cuentos de hadas que se hacen odiosamente empalagosos. Digna de verse.

This little era of Disney was pretty good, a bit of a quality resurgence. Its got some decent songs, some pretty nice emotional moments. And the movie has some pretty good humour in it, its not just a run of the mill princess movie so i respect that a little bit more.

A recent trip to Disneyland Paris and a Disney obsessed partner means you should be expecting a few more of these, as I am made to watch Disney films that I have not seen for a long time, or never seen at all. This is one that, shockingly, I have never seen! Had a brilliant time with this one, it reminded me of the 2D classics of my childhood. The blend of 3D and 2D animation is gorgeous to look at and still holds up incredibly after 16 years. It’s full of charismatic, loveable characters (and sidekicks!) and the music/songs catchy and entertaining. The pacing is really good and although the story is formulaic, it’s not something I was really bothered by… This is a Disney film after all and they all follow the same beats and they’re not the kind of thing you watch if you’re looking to be shocked and surprised. What is important is that the journey is fun and I can certainly say with full confidence that it was. A top tier addition to the Disney filmography and one that is perfect for the whole family.

This light-hearted, spunky comedy is packed with quick-witted jokes for adults and goofy physical comedy and animal antics for kids. It stands out as one of the funnier Disney films, thanks in large part to the vibrant voice cast, especially Zachary Levi, who brings hilarity, life, and surprising amounts of sarcasm to every character. Dan Fogelman's diverse writing background, with few animated films under his belt, adds a unique flavor to this Disney gem. Much like in his show Galavant, Fogelman masterfully blends Broadway-style music with abundant physical comedy and sharp banter. Advances in animation enabled this kind of humor, and Tangled greatly benefits from it. The soundtrack, while not concerned with producing hits for popular radio, focuses on enhancing the fun and advancing the story. Nevertheless, the songs are delightful and catchy, with "Mother Knows Best," "I Have a Dream," and "When Will My Life Begin" lingering in your mind long after the credits roll. Tangled is a Broadway comedy animation mashup miracle and an absolute blast from start to finish.
