In an anthology, there should always be a common rubric that unites all the parts. This is a good indicator that while there is diversity, there is also a purpose, an artistic intention and a message to deliver. All of this was absent in the first season of Star Wars: Visions, but fortunately, the second season manages to correct some errors, which are not completely repaired, but there is a common view, a vision and a way to deliver the product. It shows that there was a better planned direction, it shows that they took a look back to repair what didn't work and from there, create a renewed series. This second season has much more emotion that convinces, integrates and invites. It has more action that amazes, excites and entertains. There are still missteps among the list of episodes, but we can already see a much more defined product. As an aside, I applaud the audacity of including three stop motions. Recommended season (skip the first).

The first season of Star Wars: Visions seems to me to be a failed experiment. An animated anthology of short episodes that are mostly boring, bland and even convoluted. Two or three episodes manage to generate some interest, because although they are undoubtedly all inserted in the Star Wars universe, few come close to a style that resonates with the famous science fiction saga. It isn't clear if it's a product aimed at adults or children. The diverse animation style lacks consistency and the stories leave a lot behind. I'll see if the second season improves or remains the same flat group of episodes.
