The closest Mission: Impossible has come to beating the thrill of the original movie. The stunts pulled of in this film are insane, and the story is incredibly believable for such an unbelievable franchise. The Characters are made a bit more personable and are better for it.

- AMAZING DIRECTION As a debut for live action, brad bird hits the top spot for that title, renowned for his work on animated films like The Incredibles and Ratatouille, brought a dynamic and innovative vision to Ghost Protocol. His approach combines meticulous craftsmanship with a flair for high-stakes action and character-driven storytelling. M:I 4's script is well defined, structured, has a clear goal, but is layered with it’s themes and it’s overall use of banter, dialogue that is purposeful and straightforward, often used to advance plot points or reveal character traits without unnecessary exposition. This clarity helps maintain a brisk pace and keeps the audience focused on the action and story. The script centers on Ethan Hunt’s leadership and ingenuity, as well as the team dynamics. Emphasizing character motivations and relationships, making the stakes personal and emotionally compelling amid the high-octane action. Hunt isn’t personally afflicted but is given a heavy responsibility at hand after a devastating failure, along with a small team at his disposal and the disapproval of the IMF, this allows Cruise to showcase the stakes through his overall performance in Ghost Protocol... Ghost Protocol features my favorite team in the entire series. These four individuals wit banter, humor, charm, and even emotional resonance when confronting the dire circumstances at hand. The themes they embody—teamwork, regret, and vengeance—are seamlessly intertwined with their personal conflicts, creating a compelling dynamic. now it’s ghost protocol that demonstrates the greatest stunts ever put into film, so much is highly driven through the tension from it’s excellent score, sound design, cinematography and editing, leading to the remarkable stunt on the burj al khalifa... Another significant commendation is Michael Giacino’s score, which surpasses his in the third film by the espionage elements with overall suspenseful tone. prime example of this is his rendition of the theme titled “Light the Fuse,” which introduces a more eerie atmosphere to the we embark on. Ghost Protocol easily jumps the quality from it’s previous entries and embraces it’s more energetically electric nature that boosts through it’s sharp direction from Brad Bird, mixed with the incredible narrative it sticks to with the best set of characters and actors to deal with the situation at hand, making this film alone an action masterpiece... If Mission Impossible III gave us the right direction to the series, then Ghost Protocol would be the definitive descendant of that upcoming level of immense dedication and passion to entertain it’s audience by pretty much perfecting the template of the Mission Impossible series as a whole. Where it balances itself out with it’s iconic action set pieces with a great set of characters played by talented actors, helmed by a fantastic director in Brad Bird, and given a story and conflict that is grounded from it’s premise to the execution of the overall story...

Ghost Protocol is one of the best installments in the franchise. The fourth film is directed by the talented Brad Bird, who brilliantly transitions from animation to live-action. The script is brilliant, and Tom Cruise performs a huge stunt while climbing the Burj Khalifa with his bare hands. But the film doesn't end there. As in each installment, we travel around the world, experiencing a simply splendid script and breathtaking direction. This fourth installment also marks the arrival of Jeremy Renner, who will return in the next installment. As in each installment, the cast changes. Here, we have Josh Holloway, Paula Patton, and Léa Seydoux, in addition to Simon Pegg, who returns for the second time. There are also cameos from Ving Rhames and Michelle Monaghan. The music here is by Michael Giacchino for the second time in a row, which features a darker theme like the previous installment. This fourth installment also features humor, gadgets, and sequences that are as crazy as ever, like the one in the prison or the chase in the sandstorm.

Blue is Glue, Red is Dead. Again I can’t say enough about how great it is to have such insane missions made with such creativity. But for this case I’m not going to talk about how much I liked that. This movie continued what I enjoyed so very much about the previous one and that’s the personal side of all this. At the beginning of the movie I was a little bummed because it seemed that Ethan and his wife just didn’t work out, I thought to myself okay maybe they couldn’t get the actress back or something like that. But the fact it’s a huge part of the story and it connects the characters is what really made this stand out for me. Simon Pegg as a main character brought a little more levity and a comedic aspect that I enjoyed quite a lot. Paula Patton’s character having someone close die in the opening sequence was a good way to connect her to Ethan. While Jeremy Renner as Brandt was a perfect addition to fill in on what had “actually” happened to Ethan and his wife. It added much more layers to this already cool action packed movie. But it’s not the generic type of action you’d expect, that sequence in India with the car elevators was very fun and engaging. My highest praise is for the man Tom Cruise of course, he is this franchise, absolutely brilliant in the action scenes as he is in the emotional ones like this movie’s ending.
