Oh, this was the most heartfelt thing ever! I loved the final battle and the ending SO MUCH. Also a good sequel, Kung Fu Panda 3 starts mild, but builds up to an inspiring finale. I honestly can't see Kung Fu Panda 4 surpassing any of its predecessors, but I hope it lives up to them.

Stripy Baby... It struggles in between being meaningful and funny. It has been drastically toned down from the previous two films in the Trilogy. The 2nd film was a darker entry in the franchise and it feels like they intentionally toned it down to comedy just to be a kid & family appropriate film. While embracing the same philosophical nature of the previous two Kung Fu Panda films. It mostly relies on comedy and being cute. If ‘Kung Fu Panda 4’ wouldn't exist, this would've been the weakest in the franchise. But the charm and the warmth of its emotions is still here. It deals with parental relationships and the search for identity. It focuses on family dynamics and still has enough depth in its core to be plausible. The animation has different art styles and it's indeed creatively astonishing but I'd prefer the ‘Kung Fu Panda 2’ art style more.PS: I decided to re-watch the ‘Kung Fu Panda Trilogy’ since I watched ‘Kung Fu Panda 4’.
