Clint is dark, that's the film. Good one, not fully my cup of tea.

There are plenty of films that contemplate vengeance; its ineffectiveness, its collateral damage, its futility. It's hollow if it's achieved at all. But there's also movies like this, when The Stranger rides into town and says "fuck you, you people deserve it" and you watch every violent, seemingly sensless step in his plan for retribution as it goes off without a hitch... and it's damn brilliant.
