A decent crime investigation thriller. Top-notch production quality, Tovino's superb performance, Santhosh Narayanan's perfect music and good DOP are the main positives. The film needs much more powerful writing. Even though it's somehow engaging, it needs something more. Slow paced movie with 2 different cases. Good climax twist, but the way they presented it should've been written differently. I know they've intentionally avoided the so-called commercial elements, it's good too. But I missed some extraordinary moments or goosebump moments. Tovino's colleagues have nothing to do with this film. I disagree with the way Pramod Veliyanad's character was written. Also the makers should have the guts to say 'Caste Killing' instead of 'Honor Killing'. But again I'm saying, this film is a good watchable decent experience for me. Deserves a theatre watch.

What a movie bro! Clearly one of the best malayalam crime thrillers ever. It has everything, Excellent Making, Brilliant performances, Quality direction and a very different approach for a thriller movie. Simply a craft! Tovino was outstanding and the backdrop of 1990s was made perfectly. This movie shows mainly 2 stories, A past in the first half which was Fantastic and another mystery in the second half. Didn't feel lag even for a single second. It was straight to the point and engaging and edge of the seat. Both the halves were equally awesome. A crime investigation thriller with a story that SI Anand has suspended from police force few yrs back. Now he was abt to rejoin in the force. Things that happened in the case which is responsible for his suspension and happening in the case which he is handles at present was the whole story. A simple yet tailor-made story for an investigation thriller which is narrated with an enga -ging screenplay without any major dull moments with effective twists & turns. Both the half has investigation backdrop but with 2 different cases.Gud 1st half in which investigation part is related to a missing girl's case. From start to end it was an engaging half with ample of turn of events and a gud twist towards the interval. Then 2nd half inv part is related to a girl's murder. In which initially flim was slow at parts but never been boring.But unpredict -able climax twist again raises the bar of the flim & ends with an satisfying note. As said screenplay completely gives us an engaging experience even with its slow nature. No love or comedy track is there, its just a pure investi -gation thriller. But felt flim was a bit stretched at parts and could have been trimmed. Tovino asusual scores with his performance as a cop. And co artists were also gud. SaNa is MD for this, Its completely not in his zone yet he delivered what is required for the flim, both in terms of songs and bgm. Overall, if investigation thriller are ur kind of cinema then go for it. For sure it will be a satisfy you, Even for other too. DECENT-GUD

Darwin Kuriakose, a debut director, presents Anweshippin Kandethum (Seek, And You Shall Find), featuring Tovino Thomas, which includes all the essential elements for an intriguing mystery film. Hats off to the author Jinu Abraham for keeping the suspense alive. In contrast to standard whodunits, nothing hints at the identity of the culprits, leading to a shocking revelation! Everything is tied up, and all the conclusions are clearly and persuasively articulated. Tovino presents an understated yet compelling performance as Anand, a police officer with empathy. Additionally, the film boasts notable performances from supporting artists like Indrans, Harisree Ashokan, Shammi Thilakan, Prem Prakash, Madhupal, Baburaj, and Kottayam Nazeer. Although the roles aren't extensive, Darwin effectively uses these actors. As the panchayat president of Cheruvally, Baburaj performs exceptionally well during the Sreedevi murder case. Overall, Tovino Thomas exhibits a remarkable performance in director Darwin Kuriakose's Anweshippin Kandethum, a riveting investigative thriller that occasionally becomes lethargic. Harisree Ashokan, Shammi Thilakan, Prem Prakash, Madhupal, Baburaj and Kottayam Nazeer, and Baburaj were apt. The production design and music also add value to the movie.

It is very rear to watch a film with two different stories. This is one of them. But lacks a wow factor. The twist was decent tho.
