The second season of the TV show has recently released and I would say that the series has been par with the expectations. TVF has always provided the audience with interesting content which can be relatable. This one is no different and you will enjoy watching it. Both the seasons are connected and it's really a great one to watch. Jeetu Bhaiya in the lead will please you like always! I strongly recommend this to everyone.

I am loving it more with every season

There's absolutely no other show like panchayat... The most loved series for reason ... The way it delivers the entertainment in such a way where there are lots of emotions stored in for audience. All the characters are just excellent in their own way . The growth of the characters through the seasons have being perfectly presented. The soft blossom love between abhishek and rinki the friendship of pradhanji prahlad cha vikas and sachiv ji is just amazing. Also the other characters and main cause of everything bankaraas ( Bhushan Bhai Vinod and krantidevi ) are the cutest villians you'll ever get though you can't be able to hate them and also the Vidhayak ji . The story the concept of all the seasons are just making us more curious to know what's next store for us . The one thing I absolutely loved that throughout all episodes it's all good but you'll never know how it takes a turn when coming to last episodes and definitely will make you cry ( especially season 2 prahlad cha ) and now in season 3 ( pradhanji ) ... Again lots of puzzles are left to solve ... that's all coming next! The most anticipated show for reason!! The must watch series ! If you're missing this than you're missing alot of good concept that you are looking always! Enjoyable drama with whole family and surely they will loved it !! Ever more much better than Bollywood high glamourous movies!

Panchayat - Season 1 (2020): This is a comedy drama web series that is about a guy who complete his graduation and the only job he gets is at a remote village. The web show is funny and fun to watch. The characters and acting are fun to watch. The plot is nice and entertaining. It is a simple and great story showcased well by its wonderful screenplay and good direction. It is a little short from a feel good movie, but as a web series it does a good job of keeping you entertained. The web series gained a lot of popularity. Both critic and audience reviews were through the roof. The show can be watched with family, there is an infrequent of foul language, but no sexual content, no violence, and minimal use of alcohol/drugs. This is definitely a must watch show for the entire family. Probably the only show for the entire family.

Panchayat - Season 2 (2022): This season continues the uniqueness of the show. A great continuation to a simple and entertaining web series. Great performances, great story, good script, and good direction. The start was a bit slow but it picks up well once the main plot delves in. The season gained more popularity through its content and memes. The show got fantastic reviews by critics and audience. It continues to be a family friendly show besides a few scenes including adult language. It’s a must watch show and is different from other web series.

Let me review the 3rd season here Third season of the political satire with a story that Abishek's transfer order has bn cancelled due to some reason & again he becomes Pulhera's Village Secretary. Meanwhile Panchayat elections are round the corner. And Bushan continues his nasty political games by joining hands with MLA inorder to obtain the Pradhan position from Manju Devi. Then happening in Pulhera was the whole story. Asusual very simple story and its the USP of Panchayat too. But screenplay pattern have been changed, as previous seasons doesn't have a centralised plot & each episode will have a dif simple conflicts & solutions. But here, there is a centralised plot & a series of continuous events follows that plot. But the perfect blend of comedies and emotions with simplistic events doesn't changed. Even the amount of fun is comparatively less it provides us enough giggles and feel good moments through -out, same as what the previous 2 seasons have achieved. Decent 1st episode.Nxt 2, 3 eps were ok. Then again 4th was dcnt. These all 4 eps were bit slow paced.But next 4 eps compensates it more than enough with full on fun mode and few heart -warming moments too. Infact finale unexpectedly turns out to be a thriller with a cliff hanger ending which is far away from the series's nature yet it worked and provides a high for next season.Asusual every charcs had its own screen space & a memorable arc too. Return of A**hole groom was fun.Lead pair's luv track was breezy. Impressive songs and bgm work. Overall, this Panchayat S3 lives up to the expectations as it convincingly pulled off its job of entertaining us. Go for it. GOOD ONE

A good pleasent watch except a surprize emotional element.

TVF has set their own brand and in each of their shows you can find some familiar themes, lessons, faces. Panchayat is one of those feel-good shows. It’s return with second season implies that it had struck the right chord with the audience. Thankfully the second season is a worthy sequel of the first with notable additions to the plot. That ensures the engagement of the audience even though the show is set up in a slow paced village environment. It will entertain you with the right amount of emotions and perfect for a lazy weekend Binge watch.

What could potentially be a hit, or hip and happenin' about a realistic show, wholly set in a nondescript village within a district in North Indian boonies called Ballia? Or that, while the series features a young man in the lead role, and is set in Uttar Pradesh, it is altogether devoid of crime, grime, gore, angst and poverty of any sort? It is, in fact, a sweet and happy series—if you wish to classify it thus. Does that make any sense?A lot, if you have by any chance seen Dev Benegal's black-comedy English, August (1994), based on Upamanyu Chatterjee's seminal novel of the same name. That book pretty much defined an Anglicised, urban-born generation, which through government jobs found itself interacting with the 'real'/rural India they were expected to rule over. There was nothing in their upbringing or education to prepare them for it.How's this series, about a Delhi boy Abhishek Tripathi—who enters a gaon called Phulera to work in the panchayat (village council)—different from the IAS probationer Agastya Sen in Madna district, from English, August? To begin with, young Tripathi is no 'brown sahib'. Even in the eyes of locals, he's the sort of loser with Rs 20,000 for monthly salary that rich farmers wouldn't wed their daughters with! Secondly, this is a series (sensitively written by Chandan Kumar, sincerely directed by Deepak Kumar Mishra) with such deeply earned facts about its setting that it looks at the village far more as an interested insider—rather than the gaze of the shehri outsider. It's a lot less journalistic, unlike the lovely non-fiction on young, middle India, Snigdha Poonam's Dreamers, that I recently read, and heavily recommend. It aims for a lived-in experience that you would expect from say, RK Narayan's Malgudi, capturing the dead beats of a dusty village. The local bazaar is called Fakauli. Decent is the all-important photo-studio in it. Boys loiter around, because what else will they do? Young girls seem effectively locked up in their homes. As do the older ladies. Men run the show. What blooms here, as a result, is a fine bouquet of heartwarming, three-dimensional characters—from the so-called village headman, or pradhan (the ageless Raghuvir Yadav), his illiterate wife (Neena Gupta, brimming with gravitas still), his deputy (absolutely adorable Faisal Malik) to the dedicated office-boy (Chandan Roy, such a natural). Watch the trailer of Panchayat here: At the centre of this shindig of course is the expat 'panchayat sachiv' (secretary). Jitendra Kumar cracks this part in this Amazon Prime global release, after playing the lead role, no less, in the Ayushmann Khurana starrer Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhaan, about a month ago. Kumar, it seems, is the only one having a great 2020! Between these neatly scripted characters, what plays out is the relationship between politics, bureaucracy and public at its most primary level. It's almost like imagining a two-product economy to gauge human behavior, just as taught in school-level micro-economics! Here's the flip side though. Given that the show is so character-driven, what it lacks is a plot. This doesn't irk you so much, because the episodes are shorter in length (around half hour each). The season/series itself comprises eight episodes in all. Thank the filmmakers for that. Getting tired of shows, with multiple seasons, lasting fair fraction of lifetimes—as if we were brought to this planet only to watch them all day/night. What drew me into Panchayat, besides the fact that you rarely imagine a village-setting for anything to do with an intelligent web-series in India, is how it sets the tone for surveying desi badlands, avoiding every Bollywood clich'e there is—right from getting infinitely softer, gentler than the Wild West of Wasseypur! You also sense how there is more to any hell-hole than it's made out to be. The posters of the show say it is "from the makers of Hostel Daze and Kota Factory." And that could be said for those shows, produced by TVF, as well. Speaking of which, have just got into Kota Factory (on YouTube)—also starring the brilliant Jitendra Kumar. शानदार, जबरदस्त, जिंदाबाद हर तरीके से ये वेब सीरीज अपने आप में खरी है, कहानी बहुत साधारण सी है पर उस कहानी के किरदार बेहद रोचक है। उन किरदारों की नोक झोंक, यारी दोस्ती, प्यार और अपनापन आपको कनेक्ट कर लेगा। ग्राम प्रधान, ग्राम सचिव और गांव को मैनेज करने वाले लोगो के बारे में ये वेब सीरीज एक जागरूकता का काम करता है। देश के विकास में गांवों की भूमिका अहम है, पर ये आपको गांव में चल रही अव्यवस्था से भी रूबरू करवाती है। इन सब के बीच मुख्य किरदार के कुछ सपने है, कुछ प्यार है और उन सब के साथ ही वो गांव फुलेरा के माहौल में ढलता चला जाता है। जरूर देखिएगा ;)
