Encapsulating the immaturity of 2003, with a few funny moments, mostly delivered by Bernie Mac, Bad Santa doesn't age well as whole. I know the idea is that Willie is the most deplorable and least likely Santa imaginable and the movie was made to push the envelope, but our wrap-up and "lessons" learned don't remedy any behavior throughout or provide any real redemption. There's enough decent comedic writing that they could've skipped some choices, but alas, here we are. 497/500 movies & tv for 2023
