Una película interesante, con unos escenarios post-apocalípticos realmente currados y buenos actores (a destacar Brad Pitt haciendo de colgao, magnífico papel). Una historia que engancha aunque algo paranoica, que consigue entretener, aunque le falte algo... En definitiva, vale la pena verla, aunque sea una vez.

Its like Terminator meets Shutter Island, and I love the story! The plot is really promising and pulled off pretty well, but theres just a little something that feels like it could have been better and pushed this movie to the elite tier. However I do love the slowly exposing details that piece everything together and really make you pay attention and think back on previous scenes

Synopsis
In the year 2035 convict James Cole reluctantly volunteers to be sent back in time to discover the origin of a deadly virus that wiped out nearly all of the earth's population and forced the survivors into underground communities. But when Cole is mistakenly sent to 1990 instead of 1996 he's arrested and locked up in a mental hospital. There he meets psychiatrist Dr. Kathryn Railly and patient Jeffrey Goines the son of a famous virus expert who may hold the key to the mysterious rogue group the Army of the 12 Monkeys thought to be responsible for unleashing the killer disease.
