Una buenísima adaptación de novela a cine, con unos pedazo de actores y un ambiente gotico curradísimo. Es más bien un resumen de la novela por trozos, que primeramente no me llamó tanto, pero después de ver la desastrosa "segunda parte", esto es una obra de arte. La cagada la hicieron al final de la peli, que cambia con respecto al libro.

Apart from this film, it further popularized the image of the seductive and lethal vampire. The acting is amazing, all the actors were in a state of grace where there is absolute chemistry... Tom Cruise and his Lestat will be remembered forever, an incredible character, and Brad Pitt as Louis perfectly shows the melancholy and sadness that he carries. But the one that left us all impressed was the very young Kirsten Dunst playing Claudia, the vampire girl... It was spectacular and a role that in my opinion was very very complicated to play, it really makes you believe that she is a woman trapped in the body of a girl, simply incredible. A fantastic film from beginning to end with an ending... that is like the last sip of a good wine. El desarrollo de los personajes,un atributo interesante ya que te hace entender al vampiro desde dentro,su lucha interna,su conflicto emocional junto con la dualidad opuesta de los dos vampiros protagonistas. Ya no que te atrape por su guión, tambien por su ambientación, vestuario.... y como a lo largo de la cinta te impregna con sus localizaciones,como si estuvieras viajando por el tiempo de la mano acompañando al vampiro el avance de los tiempos,el viaje a través de sus ojos. Una película que aparte de mostrar el comportamiento y el instinto de estos seres,y su día a día a lo largo del tiempo...también habla de la culpa,la pérdida, y por qué no.....el vacío existencial y la representación de que la Inmortalidad mas que un don,puede ser una maldición.... Aparte está cinta popularizó aún más la imagen del vampiro seductor y letal. La interpretación de todos es una pasada,todos los actores estaban en un estado de gracia donde hay una absoluta química...Tom Cruise y su Lestat serán eternos en el recuerdo, increíble personaje,y Brad Pitt como Louis muestra a la perfección la melancolía y tristeza que carga. Pero la que nos dejó impresionados a todos con la jovencísima Kirsten Dunst haciendo de Claudia,la niña vampiro.... Fue espectacular y un papel en mi opinión muy muy complicado de hacer,de verdad te hace creer que es una mujer atrapada en el cuerpo de una niña, simplemente increíble. Una cinta fantástica de principio a fin con un final....que es como el último trago de un buen vino.
